Learning goals and Business Games

These programs aim at exposing participants to the various management aspects, knowledge and skills of managing a company under a simulated environment, where they will be grouped into teams and compete for resources and customers in the same market.

At the end of the program, participants will:

  • Obtain a better appreciation of the various inter-related management concepts such as marketing, human resources management, strategy, finance, corporate communications etc.
  • Learn/practise how to analyze business performance, markets and build decision making tools
  • Learn/practise how to leverage on marketing resources available on the internet
  • Learn/practise how to manage a team and work effectively in a group
